One of the reasons I felt compelled to start a blog dedicated to whole foods is because changing the way I eat has made such a profound impact on my life.
It started with a whole 30 program, which truly showed me how different I could feel when I eat differently. Not only did I experience changes in my WEIGHT and MORE ENERGY, I experienced an all time low in my ANXIETY levels.
Despite being in healthcare, and encouraging all of my patients to be healthier. I still don’t know if I really knew what that meant.
Cutting processed foods out of my diet was a complete PARADIGM SHIFT in my world.
I will be sharing bits and pieces of my story along the way!
If I can encourage even ONE PERSON to open their mind to eating differently and experience a transformation like I did, my job here is done.
