You could save this for a different vegetable/ protein combination OR throw onto a salad with rice noodles and mandarins for a fresh kick at lunch time!
Watch out for that fresh ginger! Adding too much can up the spice factor.
Stir Fry Sauce (Whole 30/ Paleo)
1/2 cup coconut aminos
1/2 cup water
1/2 tablespoon – 1 tablespoon grated ginger root – can become spicy the more you add
1 garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey (depending on your diet)
Let’s get to work
Prepare all ingredients, mix in a jar or shaker and it’s ready to go!
If you would like to add honey, you may heat over low heat for 30 seconds to incorporate evenly.
