Chocolate Avocado Kale Shake

When you need energy to last to your next healthy meal, this my gluten- free, dairy – free choice. Filled with plant – based goodness, this shake will be sure to give you that extra boost. When you need to summon all of your patience, channel all of your inner energy or just make it through the day.

This protein mix with specially prepared non-GMO, water washed soy is da bomb!

  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful of kale or spinach
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk ( I love coconut / almond milk blends)

Blend until smooth and enjoy!
